This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas Peak ("we", "us") handles information when you use Breadcrumbs ("the App"). We keep data collection limited to what is needed to run, sync, and improve the App.
1. Data Stored on Your Device
Your habit names, focus sessions, checkpoints, notes, streaks, settings, and history are stored on your device. Deleting the App may delete local data unless it has been backed up or synced through iCloud.
2. iCloud
If enabled, the App may use Apple's iCloud services to sync or back up your habit progress, streaks, and related app data across devices signed in to your Apple ID. iCloud data is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policies and your iCloud settings.
3. Data We Collect
- Usage and diagnostics: We may collect basic analytics and crash information to understand app performance, fix bugs, and improve features.
- Purchase information: Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not see or store your payment card details.
- Support information: If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, screenshots, device model, iOS version, and bug details.
4. How We Use Data
We use information only to operate the App, provide support, restore purchases, sync or back up app data where supported, diagnose crashes, and improve future updates. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Apple (App Store, iCloud, payments, subscriptions)
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Habit and session data is retained on your device and, if enabled, in iCloud according to your device and Apple ID settings. You can delete local data by deleting the App. To request deletion of support emails or any data associated with you, contact us at atlaspeak@atlaspeakapp.com.
