GeoPassport Support

Coming soon to the App Store

GeoPassport is made by Atlas Peak, Jeremy's independent app studio. For help, feedback, or privacy questions, email atlaspeak@atlaspeakapp.com.

Help us understand the issue

Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem. If you send a screenshot, hide private photos, contact information, or sensitive locations. Never send your password, payment details, or authentication codes.

Maps, location, and memories

Check GeoPassport's location and photo permissions in iPhone Settings. Location accuracy and access can affect exploration and photo-location imports. Background exploration needs the appropriate location permission. Sharing a memory and sharing your live location are separate choices.

Backup and sign-in

Sign in with the same Apple account to access the associated GeoPassport account. Cloud backup requires an internet connection. If something appears missing, contact support before resetting or deleting your local data.

Subscriptions and purchases

Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in the app with the purchasing Apple account. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting an app or account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.

Sharing concerns and safety

Use the app's sharing controls and block controls to manage other users' access. To report inappropriate content or a privacy concern, email support with enough detail to identify the issue, without sending unnecessary private data. GeoPassport is not an emergency or navigation service.

Account and data deletion

In the app, open Profile settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account to delete your sign-in account. Local files and associated cloud content can require additional removal. For deletion of associated cloud records and uploaded content, email atlaspeak@atlaspeakapp.com with the subject “GeoPassport Data Deletion.” We will verify ownership before acting. You do not need to send passwords or sign-in codes.

See Privacy Choices & Data Requests for access, export, correction, and deletion options, or read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
