GeoPassport — Terms of Service
These service terms explain use of GeoPassport, provided by Atlas Peak. App licensing is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a different license is provided through the App Store. These terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights.
1. Personal exploration and memories
GeoPassport helps you record places, photos, memories, trips, and exploration progress. It is not an official passport, proof of travel, navigation system, medical service, or emergency service. Maps, locations, visit detection, dates, and progress estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your judgment and respect local laws and safety requirements.
2. Your account and content
Keep your account and device secure. You retain ownership of the content you add and give us permission to store, process, and display it to provide the features and sharing choices you use. Only upload content you have the right to use. Review your audience before sharing photos, routes, home locations, or other sensitive content.
3. Social features and acceptable use
Do not harass others, share unlawful or non-consensual content, infringe rights, impersonate people, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or services. Use sharing and block controls and report concerns to atlaspeak@atlaspeakapp.com. We may restrict content or access to address misuse, legal requirements, or security risks. Removing shared content cannot recall copies recipients already saved.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
GeoPassport may offer optional premium subscriptions. Price, period, features, and any trial are shown before purchase. Apple bills your Apple account; subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the terms shown by Apple. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases with the purchasing Apple account. Account or app deletion does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Privacy, availability, and responsibility
The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Backups and service availability depend on connectivity and supported services; keep copies of important memories. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or recovery of every file. Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law and Apple's governing license; nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Ending use and contacting us
You can stop using the app at any time. See account and data deletion options and separately manage Apple subscriptions. Material updates to these terms will be reflected by an updated date. Questions: atlaspeak@atlaspeakapp.com.
